1. Decorate some disposable bowls or cups with coloured tape.

2. Make (or buy) a big double batch of really good quality vanilla bean ice-cream.

3. Ask guests to bring their favourite ice-cream topping (we ended up with: chocolate chips, peanuts, strawberries, raspberry coulis, Tim Tams, Oreos, and Mint Slice).

4. Enjoy! The weather is starting to cool down here in Australia, but that’s not gonna stop me from eating ice-cream.
