Just a few random photos that didn’t seem to fit anywhere else – some little snapshots of my life.
1. Simple salads are my go-to lunches, the more colourful the better.
2. My little galley kitchen. It might be compact but it is very practical, with things I use every day easily within arms’ reach. The table of the breakfast nook is just the right height for me when doing food prep, and at certain times of day the light through that window is perfect.
3. Thai basil and lemongrass transplanted from my mum’s garden. It doesn’t get given much love from me, but seems to be growing well in spite of it.
4. Lemongrass stalks bashed with a pestle, for a lemongrass lemon cake which ended up not quite rising properly and tastes mostly of lemon and butter.
