Last one in this Singapore series, promise!

I’m always curious about the architecture of places that I visit, and in Singapore I loved all the colonial style windows. Many of these buildings are painted in bright colours with lots of embellishments.

Orchids and other flowers in all different colours and sizes are everywhere too. I’m a bit disappointed I never managed to make it to the Botanical Gardens and see the orchid garden there, which I’ve heard is really lovely! Next time.

Just a few more pics that didn’t seem to fit anywhere else – The Fullerton Hotel at night, kids walking to school near Little India, veggie shop in Little India, mosque on Arab Street, La Salle University.
There is so much more to see in Singapore than I’d thought – next time I pass through I’ll definitely have to make sure I spend a bit more time there!
